A lot of truth in this, there’re too many people spouting 5 stages of this and 7 steps to that, often misquoting or reinterpreting to suit their own rhetoric. The business world seems to love the idea that complexity can be dealt with in a linear step process…ah, the hubris of desiring such certainty is doomed to failure!
